Pin Refund Policy: If you receive a damaged product please email shopsmallthingss@gmail.com with a photo of the error and order number within 3 days of receiving the flawed item. If you are extremely unhappy with your purchase, please email shopsmallthingss@gmail.com. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping and processing costs as well as a $5 restocking fee.
Pin Exchange Policy: Exchanges can be made if your item has noticeable damage/error that was made by the factory. Please remember that no pin is perfect and no pin is the same as these are hand made. Depending on the reason for exchange, you may be responsible for return shipping and processing costs as well as a $5 restocking fee.
If an exchange agreement is made, we will not ship the new item until the original has been received. The collector must ship the item back within 5 days of receiving confirmation of the exchange. After 5 days of no drop off, we will not accept the exchange. Shop Small Thingss is not responsible for lost or stolen mail. If an item says delivered, we will not send a new one. In this case, please check with your neighbors, wait a couple days for it to arrive due to a faulty arrival scan, or contact your local USPS to file a claim.
